This past year we had the wonderful opportunity to work with Frank Fawcett and Ranga Pathak to sell our church building located at 514 Wisconsin Ave. Sacramento, Ca 95833. Their professionalism and regard for our Congregation during this process was outstanding. They communicated with me weekly with updates as we moved through each stage of the process. From the signing of the listing agreements to the signing of the final escrow papers we felt that the transaction went smoothly, and they had our best interests represented. Then came the challenge I asked them to find us a new building, they found us a new building although the negotiations were quite difficult they led me through it step by step.
