Hi, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Frank Fawcett and I am a commercial real estate agent with RE/MAX Gold located in Roseville, CA. I have been a commercial agent for over 21 years and have been drawn to make the lease and sale of church properties my primary focus. I have lived in the Sacramento area since 1971 when I was stationed at Mather AFB upon my return from service in Thailand. I am originally from Chicago. I love Northern California and since I have seen many other parts of our wonderful country I can say I am truly blessed to be here.

Commercial real estate is a very focus driven industry and I feel by concentrating on church properties I will be better able to serve my clients. Some would think that since a church is a low impact use they would be allowed in most areas. This is not the case. Some cities are very restrictive and only allow them in certain areas. There are many requirements placed on them so while an existing church is easier to work with if you are looking to convert an existing non church building into a church it takes a great knowledge of all the local regulations to make the change. This is where I can help.
